The Sacred Sexuality: Men and women growing together through love: content.
The transformative dancing with ABOHAV is aimed at men and women who wish to wake up to the experience of connecting with the vital energy, with our natural sexuality and with the creative force, allowing the desire to “eat life”.
Sacred sexuality can be worked through dance, theater and play, to release emotions such as shame, anger and guilt, which block our sincere communication and facilitate joy and pleasure.
In this retreat we will emphasize the balance between the masculine and the feminine, in both men and women.
It is necessary to approach the relationship from a mutual listening and cultivate the qualities : to have clarity about what we want, to know how to ask it, and express it, to be authentic, to embrace the differences and the other partner and to surrender to the present moment.
For me, Sacred Sexuality is a deep dialogue between two beings beyond the physical body.
When we enter the heart space, we creat a sacred place where: “You are sacred to me and I am sacred to you.”
In this space we celebrate the creativity of the infinite ways of loving ; we flourish in the freedom that comes from listening to ourselves , we claim our right to experiment, to explore freely, we live in the present moment , leaving behind expectations, personal stories, stereotypes, taboos and prejudices .
This is an open and dynamic process that requires our attention and our time. It is a process of healing by which we learn to live our sexuality from tenderness, as our natural state.
In this retreat we will go deeper into the different aspects of Sacred Sexuality using diferent kinds of dancing: dance games, dance theater, dancing with sword and veil, contact dance, and meditation movement. There will also be walks in nature and spaces to share our experiences and weave them into our consciousness.
The retreat is created for both men and women. It is for all lovers of dance and conscious movement. For those for whom the power of vibration and live music played by Rudi Wienand, are a form of inner work and spiritual development.
We will be accompanied by the deep and beautiful music of Rudi Wienand on the flute, didgeridoo and drums and feel the voice of Mother Earth, dancing to it’s pulse of the heart.
The retreat will take place at La Casa de Acogida Pepe Bravo, from Saturday morning to Sunday until lunch (included). Collaborating with this project also means supporting people who are marginalized in today’s society.
Weekend Program:

Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Through theatrical games we experience the freedom to try, explore, flow, remove embarrassment, and break taboos.
In a shamanic process we are releasing the emotional layers that make it difficult for us to enter relationships from our center. In this process we are activating hope and patience with ourselves.
As we recognize and respect our own space and that of the other, we come to feel deserving of healthy and pure relationships.
Lunch and rest, from 14:00 to 17:00.

Sacred Sexuality is a doorway through which I meet my being, it is the result of empowering both the masculine and the feminine. In order to dialogue with the Being it is necessary to explore the qualities that are foundation of my greatness:
Communicating from the heart.
The connection with my strength.
The sensation of infinite beauty.
The confidence to be able to create.

Feeling our beauty as an expansion to the Infinite, we open ourselves to magic, to new discoveries in Sacred Sexuality and connect with the will to create a dialogue between two beings who look at each other from a place of tenderness.
